Success Stories: We’ve had the privilege of watching one of our apprentices transform from a fresh college graduate to a senior project manager over five successful years with us, before moving on to a renowned UK digital agency. Another bright young apprentice spent three years with us, during which he significantly contributed to our service desk procedures and processes. After completing his AWS Cloud Practitioner exams, he embarked on a journey with Amazon as a data engineer, where he continues to excel.
International Internships: Our team in India has welcomed several interns over the years, many of whom have become key players in our business. This speaks volumes about our commitment to identifying and nurturing talent, regardless of geography.
Work Experience Students: We’ve also opened our doors to numerous work experience students, taking them through the basics of a technology business. This has involved delving into operational and technical training, as well as real-world applications of technology. Our hands-on approach ensures they gain invaluable insights and come away with an inspired knowledge.

Through technical testing and interviews, we ensure that they possess the foundational skills required to thrive. Once on board, we immerse them in our methods, moulding them into well-rounded and highly competent team members. Encouraging Team Spirit Beyond the Workplace
As we are team players ourselves, our commitment to “giving back” extends to sponsoring local youth sports teams, to encourage the power of team spirit. Here are a few initiatives we’ve been involved with:
Supporting Youth Football: Our sponsorship of the Downley Dynamos Football Club for two seasons was a rewarding venture that went beyond financial support. It was about building a meaningful connection between our team and the young athletes, promoting values like fitness, teamwork and responsibility. Beyond supporting the team, this sponsorship allowed us to share our brand, to help inspire the next generation.
Championing Girls in Sports and Technology: A recent highlight for us was sponsoring the Wycombe High School Under 16s Netball Team as they competed in the National “Sisters in Sport” cup. This partnership not only strengthened our bond with the team but also emphasized the significance of young women getting involved in technology. And we’re delighted to say, together we celebrated their impressive achievement of securing the national number 3 spot in this tournament.
